An Interview with Richard Vermeulen, Principal at Vermeulens pre-construction cost estimators, Construction Economist, and author of Green at No Cost, on the Onions tongue in cheek report that, “The City of San Francisco was looking to relocate because its current location had become too expensive.” Richard Vermeulen would like to suggest, “Paso Robles as the new location. The new city of PR would be half way between LA and the Bay Area; it has a perfect climate, buildable topography, coastal access, water infrastructure, and interesting geography.”
